Market One Support

Market One is a trading terminal from DAY NIGHT SIGNS INC, a technology and software provider. We are not a broker: we do not open accounts, hold client money, execute orders or give advice. Your broker provides your trading service and supports your account, so many questions are for your broker. This page helps you reach the right place.

1. Who to contact

Your question is about Contact
Installing or updating the App, the App not working, the broker search, a display problem, or the language Us: support@marketone.click
Your login name, a forgotten password, or a locked account Your broker. Use "Forgot password?" on the login screen, or contact the broker's support

2. Finding your broker's contact details

  • In the App: the Account tab shows your broker's email address and phone number, and so does the login screen.
  • On our website: each listed broker has an information page on https://marketone.click with its legal entity, its regulator (or "Regulator: not provided") and its support contacts.
  • We recommend that you also keep your broker's contact details somewhere other than the App.

3. Writing to us

Email support@marketone.click and include:

  • your phone model and its operating system version;
  • the App version, shown on the login screen and under Settings → About;
  • your broker's name and, if the problem is with a sign-in, your login name;
  • what you did, what happened, and a screenshot if possible.

Never send your password or a verification code. We will never ask for them.

We usually reply within 5 business days. We can answer in English and Arabic.

4. Reporting a concern about a broker

If you believe a broker listed in Market One has acted unfairly or dishonestly, for example by refusing withdrawals without explanation, write to support@marketone.click with the subject "Broker concern". Include the broker's name, the dates and what happened.

  • We review every report under our Broker Onboarding and Delisting Policy. Where there is evidence of fraud or serious harm to users, we can suspend or remove a broker from Market One immediately.
  • We cannot decide disputes between you and a broker, act as your representative, or recover money for you.
  • If you suspect fraud, also report it to the police and to the financial regulator in your country and, if the broker names one, to its regulator.

5. Common questions

I cannot find my broker in the search. Type at least 3 letters of your broker's name as it is shown in the App, starting from the beginning of the name or of one of its words. Market One shows no brokers before that. Some brokers appear under their own app name, which can be different from their company name, so if a search for the company name finds nothing, ask your broker which name to look for. Brokers are added to Market One over time, and each broker serves only some countries. If your broker is still not found, it may not have joined Market One, or it may not serve your country. Ask your broker.

What does "Regulator: not provided" mean? The broker has not given us details of a financial regulator. It may not be regulated. Trading with an unregulated broker usually gives you less protection. See our Risk Disclosure.

What does "Demo only" mean? The broker offers practice accounts with virtual money only. You cannot deposit or withdraw real money with it.

Where do I deposit or withdraw? On your broker's own secure web pages. The Deposit and Withdraw buttons in the App open them for you. Market One never handles your money or your card or bank details.

The App says "This broker is no longer available in Market One". The broker has been removed from Market One, by its own choice or by ours. Your account with the broker is not closed by this. Follow the guidance the App shows, and contact the broker directly.

The App asks me to update. A newer version is needed to keep using Market One safely. Update it from the App Store or Google Play.

Prices are not moving. The market may be closed, for example at weekends or on public holidays. Check your connection, and ask your broker about its trading hours.

The price I dealt at differs from the price on the screen. Prices can change between the moment you tap and the moment your broker executes the order. Your broker's records decide the execution price. See our Risk Disclosure.

Is Market One available in my country? Market One is not offered in the United States, India, Indonesia, mainland China, Russia or Belarus, or in countries and regions under comprehensive United States sanctions. See our Terms of Use, section 6.
